The steam wand and boiling water dispenser are powered by a 1.5kW heating element giving you the features of a commercial coffee machine.
The Ruby 1 group traditional espresso machine can use both ESE 44mm coffee pods and ground coffee.
The Ruby only needs a 13 amp plug socket to produce gourmet coffee anywhere, making it ideal for home use.
The Ruby has double protection for the heating element. In addition to the safety thermostat if the level of water is not at working level, the machine does not heat up.
The Ruby has an easy to remove drip tray that has a float to indicate it's full.
