Description
Popular all year round and especially approaching Christmas, Monin gingerbread syrup is a great way to produce an ever popular gingerbread latte.
Powdered dry ginger root (ginger powder) is typically used to spice gingerbread and other recipes. The town of Market Drayton in Shropshire first baked gingerbread in 1793 and is known as the "home of gingerbread", this being proudly displayed on the welcome sign. Gingerbread originally referred to preserved ginger, then to a confection made with honey and spices.
Our Monin Gingerbread syrup combines cinnamon and gingerbread cookie flavours with a warming but strong kick, so be careful as this syrup can go a long way!
Use it in coffees, milkshakes, desserts and cocktails.
Our syrup pump dispenses 10ml at a time for easy portion control
