Description
The fruit of the Vanilla Orchid (Vanilla Planifolia) this plant can climb to 30m in height and is native to Central America and Mexico.
The pods of the vanilla plant are dark brown in colour and have no flavour until cured. The delicately fragrant dried cured pods of the vanilla orchid can be used to flavour milk or the seeds scraped from the pod and added to cakes, desserts, and ice creams.
It is only premium vanilla extract from Madagascar that is used to flavour our Monin vanilla syrup so you can be sure of a fantastically smooth delicious vanilla taste wonderful in coffees, milkshakes, dessert drinks and cocktails.
