White chocolate is made from cocoa butter, sugar and milk and does not derive from the cocoa bean but from cocoa butter.
It has a buttery, creamy flavour with a warm richness. Monin white chocolate syrup gives you the sweet velvety taste of white chocolate and can be mixed in flavoured milkshakes, cappuccinos, espressos or by adding to hot, chilled or frozen lattes.
