Delivery is next working day only and providing items are in stock. Next working day delivery is not guaranteed and none refundable.

Packaging
Verde Coffee takes great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you.

Postage
We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item(s) will be dispatched within 2 days unless otherwise specified(depending if the order was placed before or after 3pm).

Returns
If you have received an item that is faulty or damaged in transport, please return it or tell us as soon as possible along with your receipt and we will arrange either a refund or an exchange.
