Shipping

Delivery for orders below £44.95 are charged at a flat rate of £4.95 + vat. Delivery is next working day only for items in stock. Next working day delivery is not guaranteed and is non refundable.

Packaging

Verde Coffee takes great care packaging every item to ensure safe receipt by you.

Postage

We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item(s) will be dispatched within 2 days unless otherwise specified(depending if the order was placed before or after 3pm).

Returns

If you have received an item that is faulty or damaged in transport please return it and tell us as soon as possible. Do not sign for the item as undamaged but mark the slip DAMAGED. We will arrange either a refund or an exchange.
